All bookings are accepted by email, fax or telephone. As soon as the request of booking has been received a confirmation number will be returned. The request of booking must indicate the destination, the tour reference number and the date of tour.
Each request of booking must be guarantee with a credit card number for the total amount due. The credit card will be charged as soon as we will email our confirmation number (usually it takes less than 24 H to get it). If the request of booking is received more than 30 days prior the date of tour we will accept a certified bank check on a US bank or a wire transfer. All bookings will be accepted until 48H prior the date of the tour.
All helicopters have a capacity to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. A group will be considered for a minimum of 10 people.(Minimum two helicopters) In that case a group rate could be offered. The group request must be filled with the booking request .The availability and rate will be return in the next 24 H.
If the cancellation is received more than 48H prior the date of tour there will be a total refund.
If the cancellation is received less than 48H prior the date of tour there will be no refund.
In case of partial cancellation of a group the rate will be readjusted if it is received more than 48 H prior the date. In the other case there will be no refund
5- Acts of God and technical problems
In case of bad weather the helicopter company can decide to cancel a flight. The total refund will be made in the next 24 hours.
In case of technical problems needing to cancel a tour the helicopter company will offer you another alternative. If the customer cannot accept it he will be reimbursed in the next 24 hours
The helicopter insurance company covers all passengers.
The FAA regulation requests to all helicopter companies to provide each passenger weight to guaranty the safety of the helicopter. This information must be provided on the booking reservation.
